    Artisan Wine

    Tom Wines

Our wines are made in tiny quantities, between 1 and 3 barrels each variety, where we give personal attention to each of them. The wine ferments on its skin for about 3 weeks before we use the free run juice for the wine, and sometimes only lightly pressing in order to keep only the best of the wine, without the bitterness of the must. All of the wines are aged in French oak barrels, imported for Tom Winery. The grapes are grown by the winemaker in the Samarian Hills, biblically known for its wine making, at an altitude of 770 meters above sea level.

The result is smooth complex wines with a stunning dark color and heavenly aroma that will improve with aging in the bottle. Single Vineyard. Not filtered. Not heated(Not Mevushal). Kosher for Passover. L’Chaim!
